Abstarct: Abstract: In this research, choline chloride green precursor was used in the preparation of deep eutectic solvents. The efficiency of deep eutectic solvents as catalysts in the synthesis of disubstituted derivatives of 3,4-isoxazol-5-(4H)-one was investigated. Due to the homogeneous structure of these compounds in the reaction medium and difficult and time-consuming separation and the impossibility of reuse in subsequent reactions, it became a heterogeneous magnetic compound with the property of recovery and reuse, and its efficiency in the heterogeneous state was also evaluated. Carbon quantum dots were synthesized using the new precursor of syring aldehyde and ethylene diamine. Due to having a large number of functional groups on their surface, these compounds were transformed into magnetic nanoparticles baxsed on carbon quantum dots with a coating of deep eutectic solvents by creating surface modifications. Their activity was evaluated as electrochemical ion sensors; Also, they were compared with deep eutectic solvents as catalysts in organic reactions.
